1. The New Shopping Habit
Make fundraising with your shopping a habit! Bookmark www.k12rewards.com for easy access. You can also click on the links in our promotional emails or social media outlets.
2. How Do You Shop?
Our website makes shopping easy. You can shop by retailer or by product. For retailers, we’ve created the blue toolbar which has a comprehensive, alphabetical list of retailers, the most popular retailers at our site, and those that offer in-store pick-up. If you’re looking for a specific product, you can use the Search function.
3. The Ticket Window
Our ticket window ensures that you and your school will receive credit for all of your purchases. When you click on a retailer or product, a ticket window appears. This window is your notice that you will be heading to the retailer site and that your browsing and purchasing history will now be tracked.
4. While You Shop
Once you pass through our ticket window, your shopping experience at the retailer’s website begins! You may notice that there is no indication or sign that you came from K12Rewards. Rest assured, as long as you saw the ticket window before you got to the retailer’s site, we are tracking your shopping.
5. Tracking Your Rewards
Once you’ve made a purchase, it can take anywhere from 2-30 days for rewards to post to your account. You can review your activity at My Account – My Activity. You can use the “K12Rewards Visit ID” reference if you have any inquiries on your purchase for our customer service.
